Appropriate time to calculate, Pivot Point.

Appropriate time to calculate, Pivot Point.

As we all know pivot point, is calculated from one midnight to the other. The question i want to ask is should one use his trading server time or the generally, accepted 4pm New york time which is regarded, as the close and begining of a new trade day? Please share your opinion.

The forex market never closes, so you should use an open and close time, otherwise there is no way to calculate the Pivot Point.
