Which timeframe, can i use to trade the news.

I want the expert traders, that can trade the news to help me out. I want to know which timeframe i can use to trade the news. Is it  M30,H1 which one? Please help me out.

The best is not to trade the news because when the news is release, you are not the first one to know. Try using technical analysis and predict the stock chart of your forex pairs.
